LET’S ROLL Workshop focuses on myofascial release (foam rolling), flexibility, mobility, and intentional breathwork.
We’ll be using self-myofascial release to stimulate mechanoreceptors and reduce autogenic inhibition. In plain English: we are peer-pressuring their deep fascia into relaxing, boosting blood flow, and fixing their joint kinematics so they can actually squat without creaking.
The Breathwork Part: We’re going to use conscious, down-regulated breathing to trigger a parasympathetic nervous system response. This drops their cortisol and sympathetic drive, taking them out of "fight or flight" mode and putting them into "neuromuscular recovery" mode.
